Asian flavor

Had some leftover seaweed salad from lunch the other day (with jellllllyfishhh!), so I decided to base my lunch around that.  I boiled some more soba noodles for 5 minutes, mixed em with sprouts, chopped pickled ginger (also from my sushi lunch), and satay peanut sauce. I LOVE this sauce!! And how delish does this plate look???

-1/2 c. seaweed salad (70)
-2 oz soba noodles (190)
-pickled ginger (10)
-Tbsp satay peanut sauce (30)

I adored this lunch.  SO YUM.

And nowww all this talking about lunch has made me snacky all over again.  To the kitchen I go!
